Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods, such as cut trees, cannot be returned and refunded as we cannot resell.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Discount Code

For operational reasons we may from time to time use a discount code such as 'PRE-ORDER' which enables an order to be placed prior to making full payment. This is to facilitate customer cash flow and avoid long periods of credit exposure to us. This is not a discount when used in this way and any remaining balance for goods will be invoiced in due course. All invoices must be settled in full 14 days prior to dispatch of any produce.  


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted please be patient. If you do not receive your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange please send us an email via our contact us form and send your item to the location specified by a Fothergill's Trees Ltd staff member.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to an address communicated by a member of staff from Fothergill's Trees Ltd.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
